Membership

The Art Kitchen  has moved to a more loosely based collective of folks who like making/art/craft etc. We have some equipment in storage for workshops, demonstrations and outreach but until a group of people want to step up, the communal space will be on hiatus. We have created a google groups for everyone to communicate and make things happen! http://groups.google.com/group/alabama-art-kitchen?hl=en

I am pleased to see what you are doing!! We are currently setting up a clay co-op at Kentuck with a similar spirit. You are a bit further along it seems! Congratulations!!
I do have quite a bit of stuff that is basically the stuff of 15 years of accumulation as an art teacher. I am no longer a general art teacher because my studio at Kentuck(pottery) is doing really well.I am primarily teaching pottery when production allows. I also have shelves and a couple of tables that are really just eating my house and studio. The co-op is also space challenged so there are some salvaged materials there that can be re-purposed. My number is 242-2530, call me if you are interested
